У статті узагальнено науково-методичні погляди різних вчених щодо тлумачення поняття «інтенсифікація» використання земельних ресурсів. Зроблено висновок про необхідність екологічного підходу при застосуванні процесів інтенсифікації з метою підвищення ефективності сільськогосподарського виробництва.

Д.С. Добряк. Научно-методические взгляды к интенсификации использования земельных ресурсов сельскохозяйственных предприятий. В статье обобщены научно-методические взгляды разных ученых относительно толкования понятия «интенсификация» использования земельных ресурсов сельскохозяйственных предприятий. Сделан вывод о необходимости экологического подхода при применении процессов интенсификации с целью повышения эффективности сельскохозяйственного производства.

D.S. Dobryak. Scientific and methodological views to the intensification of land use of agricultural enterprises. Object and aim of the work. The paper summarizes the theoreticmethodical approaches concerning the interpretation of the term "intensification". The conclusion about the necessity of an environmental approach in the application of process intensification to improve the efficiency of agricultural production. enterprises, forming intensive type of development should ensure its sustainability. Analysis of recent research and publications. Research process of the intensification needs approach of thesystems, here it follows to take into account that directions the providing of the intensive type in the development of agrarian enterprises are examined as directions of the intensification in agriculture production. The wording of article purposes. The purpose of this writing is a generalization and systematization of the existing scientific and methodological guidelines. Presenting main material. The main features of this environmental: the provision of expanded reproduction of soil fertility, which is accompanied by conservation and by increased content of humus and ensuring optimum level of tilled land; the production of environmentally friendly products, to avoid exceeding specified levels of contamination; compliance with the rules of transportation, storage and application of means of protection of plants, stimulators of their growth, mineral fertilizers in order to prevent the contamination of environment and food; preventing violations of environmental safety and ensure the replacement of air and water; maximum use of natural means of fighting pests and diseases of crops and animals and weeds; prevent violations of environmental requirements in the design, placement and construction, and commissioning of new buildings and structures, drainage systems. Application of the results domain. So, despite the economic necessity of the application of process intensification of land resources of agricultural enterprises, should focus on a rational level and to ensure sustainability of the intensive type of economic development.
