ТЕОРЕТИКО-МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНІ ЗАСАДИ ФОРМУВАННЯ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНОЇ ПРИВАБЛИВОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ АГРАРНОЇ СФЕРИ
Досліджено питання підвищення інвестиційної привабливості підприємств аграрної сфери. Уточнено сутність інвестицій, інвестиційної діяльності та інвестиційних процесів в підприємствах аграрної сфери. Поглиблено методологічні засади визначення інвестиційної привабливості підприємств аграрної сфери, розвинуто методи оцінювання інвестиційної привабливості аграрних формувань, визначено показники та інформаційну базу дослідження інвестиційної привабливості підприємств аграрної сфери.

Исследовано вопросы повышения инвестиционной привлекательности предприятий аграрной сферы. Уточнена сущность инвестиций, инвестиционной деятельности и инвестиционных процессов в предприятиях аграрной сферы. Определены методологические принципы определения инвестиционной привлекательности предприятий аграрной сферы, усовершенствованы методы оценивания инвестиционной привлекательности аграрных формирований, обосновано показатели и информационную базу исследования инвестиционной привлекательности предприятий аграрной сферы.

L.I. Mykhaylova, P.N. Maydanevich. Theoretical and Methodological Basics of Investment Attractiveness Formation for Agrarian Enterprises. The study is devoted to the formation of mechanisms and instruments to increase investment attractiveness of enterprises of the agrarian sector. Essence of investments, investment activity and investment attractiveness were studied. It is established that the investment attractiveness of the macro-level represents the conditions created by the state for all economic entities, as well as foreign investors for investment of resources for the development of the national economy in General and agriculture in particular. Investment attractiveness at the macro level can be described by the following criteria: political stability and its predictability for the future; the main indicators characterizing the state of the agrarian sector, the interest rates of refinancing of the Central Bank of Ukraine, the budget deficit, etc. Methodological bases of agrarian sector enterprises’ investment attractiveness estimation were identified. It is established that the evaluation of investment attractiveness of enterprises of economy’ agrarian sphere should: be carried out with maximum consideration of the potential investors’ interests; to provide for an individual approach to the selection of evaluation indicators, to enable management decision-making through the introduction of the integrated complex criterion, to ensure transparency of the evaluation process and take into account the internal and external characteristics. Mandatory component ratings should be a system of analytical limitations - determination of critical values of the leading indicators showing the impossibility of fulfilling the investor’ and the investment attractiveness’ goals is assessed as unsatisfactory. Substantiated methods of investment attractiveness of agrarian formations’ evaluation, defined the indicators and information base of analysis of investment attractiveness of enterprises of the agrarian sector. Revealed tendencies of agrarian enterprises’ development, the analysis of agricultural enterprises’ investment resources usage, evaluation of investment attractiveness of agricultural enterprises were developed.
