ПРОБЛЕМИ ТА ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ РОЗВИТКУ ТРУДОВОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ КРАЇНИ В УМОВАХ ФОРМУВАННЯ СУЧАСНОГО РИНКУ ПРАЦІ
У статті надана оцінка проблем та перспектив розвитку трудового потенціалу країни в умовах формування сучасного ринку праці в сучасних економічних умовах обумовлює необхідність визначення пріоритетних напрямів його прогресивних змін, що набувають дедалі більшої актуальності в формуванні ефективного використання трудового потенціалу на сучасному ринку праці.

Пономарёва М.С. Проблемы и перспективы развития трудового потенциала страны в условиях формирования современного рынка труда. В статье дана оценка проблем и перспектив развития трудового потенциала страны в условиях формирования современного рынка труда в современных экономических условиях обусловливает необходимость определения приоритетных направлений его прогрессивных изменений, приобретают все большую актуальность в формировании эффективного использования трудового потенциала на современном рынке труда.

M.S. Ponomar’ova. Рroblems and perspectives of the country’s labor potential development under the circumstances of modern labour market. The important element of productive forces and the main source of economic development are the people, their skills, education, background and the motivation of activity. There exists an extraordinary dependence between the economic competitiveness and welfare of population and the quality of an employment potential of an enterprise or organization staff. The estimation of problems and perspectives of the country’s labor potential development under the circumstances of modern labor market formation has been given in the article. Such estimation stipulates the necessity to determine the priority directions of its progressive changes that become more and more actual in formation of labor potential effective usage at modern labor market. The increasing of labor potential effective usage at the majority of the enterprises has been proved. This increasing demands deep changes in the development and realization of personnel policy at every level that is why it is necessary to pay more attention to seek the reserves and factors of labor saving. It is expedient to take into consideration the following factors concerning the labor potential development under the circumstances of modern labor market formation: to provide the formation of unique price of labor that is capable to ensure normal playback of a modern high-skilled worker; to bring the differentiation of labor payment in correspondence with its quantity and quality; to introduce flexible employment forms in order to solve the problems of unemployment and to find the ways of labor force using optimization; to increase the mobility of labor force by the means of distribution the information about the situation at regional labor markets; to develop economic mechanisms for encouraging the employers to create new jobs; to minimize negative results of external labor migration by the means of business stimulation and self-employment; to realize social partnership principles at the labor market, etc.
