МЕТОДИ ВИЯВЛЕННЯ ТА ОЦІНКИ ТІНЬОВОЇ ЕКОНОМІКИ

 

В статті визначено та охарактеризовано методи виявлення та оцінки тіньової економіки. Не дивлячись на те, що тіньова економіка одна з найбільш популярних категорій і має найбільше поширення, спостерігається складність її дослідження, оскільки науковці не прийшли до спільного розуміння її визначення, а методи її визначення та вимірювання мають багатогранний характер. Все це безпосередньо пов’язане з різноманітністю об’єктів досліджень та їх рівнів.  Перш ніж перейти до характеристики методів дослідження тіньової економіки, були визначені основні причини виникнення такого явища, як тіньова економіка. Відповідно причини, що зумовлюють виникнення тіньової економіки породжують наслідки, які має тіньова економіка. Однак точних або універсальних методів, щоб виміряти тіньову економіку та її наслідки не існує.

Шелудько Л.В., Зеленский М.С. Методы выявления и оценки теневой экономики. В статье определены и охарактеризованы методы выявления и оценки теневой экономики. Несмотря на то, что теневая экономика одна из наиболее популярных категорий и имеет наибольшее распространение, наблюдается сложность ее исследования, поскольку ученые не пришли к общему пониманию ее определения, а методы ее определения и измерения носят многогранный характер. Прежде чем перейти к характеристике методов исследования теневой экономики были определены основные причины возникновения такого явления, как теневая экономика. Соответственно причины, обусловливающие возникновение теневой экономики, порождают последствия, которые имеет теневая экономика. Однако точных или универсальных методов для измерения теневой экономики и ее последствий не существует.

Sheludko L., Zelensky M. Methods for identifying and assessing the shadow economy. The article defines and characterizes methods for identifying and evaluating the shadow economy. Despite the fact that the shadow economy is one of the most popular categories and has the greatest distribution, it is difficult to study it, since scientists have not come to a common understanding of its definition, and the methods for its definition and measurement are multifaceted. All this is directly related to the diversity of research objects and their levels. Before proceeding to the characteristics of the methods for studying the shadow economy, the main reasons for the emergence of such a phenomenon as the shadow economy were identified. Accordingly, the reasons for the emergence of the shadow economy give rise to the consequences that the shadow economy has. However, there are no precise or universal methods for measuring the shadow economy and its consequences. After conducting research on methods for determining and evaluating the shadow economy, we concluded that the application of a particular method must begin with determining the level at which the study will be carried out. We found out that the definition of the shadow economy should be carried out at such levels as global, i.e. shadow economy entities
