СОЦІАЛЬНО-КУЛЬТУРНІ РЕГУЛЯТОРИ
РОЗВИТКУ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ ГЛОБАЛІЗАЦІЇ
У статті схарактеризовано нинішній етап соціально-економічного розвитку світу як етап системної кризи, що потребує розробки та пошуку нових стратегій соціального та економічного розвитку. Досліджено принципи стратегії пізнання складних процесів сучасного економічного розвитку в умовах невизначеності. Показано, що економічна глобалізація ґрунтується на соціальних та культурних чинниках. Доведено, що глобалізація та посилення міжнародної конкуренції вимагають нових підходів як до розвитку національних економік, так і до розвитку науки та освіти, вдосконалення морально-етичних і ціннісних аспектів геокультурного суб’єкта.

Н.Я. Мокрецова Социально-культурные регуляторы экономической глобализации. В статье охарактеризован нынешний этап социально-экономического развития мира как этап системного кризиса, что требует разработки и поиска новых стратегий социального и экономического развития. Исследованы принципы стратегии познания сложных процессов современного экономического развития в условиях неопределенности. Показано, что экономическая глобализация основывается на социальных и культурных факторах. Доказано, что глобализация и усиление международной конкуренции требуют новых подходов как к развитию национальных экономик, так и к развитию науки и образования, совершенствованию морально-этических и ценностных аспектов геокультурного субъекта.

N.Ya. Mokrezova. Socio-cultural regulators of development of economic globalization. This paper is dedicated to a new strategy for a holistic approach to understanding the processes of economic globalization in the modern world. We believe that Marxist trans-historical conceptions of economics as the basis of society, which dominates the culture and socio-political spheres of society, do not correspond to the complexity, multidimensionality and unpredictability of modern history. However lots of scientific data in various spheres of human cognition force these concepts undergo great changes and make way for other theories.
The new theories are based on the fact that modernization involves a complex socio-cultural process in which managerial and technological decisions are subject to humanitarian goals, and humanitarian goals are correlated with economic objectives.
Various forms of social regulation are analyzed: the power of force, financial and market domination, the formation of law and the rule of law. The importance of culture and the formation of a new type of personality – the geocultural subject of the meaning of life – is emphasized. It is proved that globalization and intensification of international competition require new approaches to the development of national economies, as well as to the development of science and education, improvement of moral, ethical and value aspects of the geocultural subject.
The principles of social systems understanding strategy in the conditions of social and economic world development crisis are formulated. The results of
research contribute to the establishment of bridges between different fields of disciplinary knowledge, to the understanding of integration processes in science and, accordingly, to appropriate reforms in education. They help people understand their attitude to reality as a way of their existence and the result of their own activities, and this radically changes the understanding of cognitive goals.
Conclusion has been made about the need for comprehensive research to improve the adaptation of the Ukrainian economy, state, science, education and
cultural values to the complex process of globalization.
