ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ФОРМУВАННЯ ПІДПРИЄМНИЦЬКОЇ

АКТИВНОСТІ В УМОВАХ ЦИФРОВОЇ ЕКОНОМІКИ

 

У статті, під цифровою економікою, в широкому значенні цього терміну, запропоновано розуміти систему суспільних, виробничих та інституційних відносин, що ґрунтується на комплексі комп’ютерних і інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій. Визначено, що цифрова економіка змінює характеристики процесів, форм прояву та становлення підприємницької активності. Виділено атрибути цифрової економіки, якими є зростання кіберзлочинності та зниження рівня достовірності інформації, в її зростаючому об’ємі, яка циркулює в цифрових мережах. Запропонована концептуальна схема взаємодії компонентів процесу оцінювання інформаційного забезпечення підприємницької діяльності. Сформовані основні поняття та принципи виконання і використання результатів оцінювання інформаційних характеристик при здійсненні підприємницької діяльності.

В.В. Косюга. Особенности формирования предпринимательской активности в условиях цифровой экономики. В статье, под цифровой экономикой, в широком смысле этого слова, предложено понимать систему общественных, производственных и институциональных отношений, основанной на комплексе компьютерных и информационно-коммуникационных технологий. Определено, что цифровая экономика меняет характеристики процессов, форм проявления и становления предпринимательской активности. Выделено атрибуты цифровой экономики, такие как рост киберпреступности и снижение уровня достоверности информации, которая циркулирует в цифровых сетях. Предложена концептуальная схема взаимодействия компонентов процесса оценки информационного обеспечения предпринимательской деятельности. Сформированы основные понятия и принципы исполнения и использования результатов оценки информационных характеристик при осуществлении предпринимательской деятельности.

V.V. Kosuga. Features of formation of entrepreneurial activity in the conditions of digital economy. In the current state, the digital economy means a technological platform, the basic elements of which are microprocessors and information and communication technologies (ICT). Entrepreneurial activity is higher and more innovative, the greater the diversification of achievable knowledge and a wider range of thematic communication. The digital economy provides access to a wide range of information and high-speed communication channels. However, there is a slight slowdown in the growth of new business structures.

The aim of the article is to diagnose the causal chain of dynamic and statistical relationships between the attributes of the digital economy, new forms of business organization and entrepreneurial activity.

The general scientific methods used in the research, in particular theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis, which provided an opportunity to consider the peculiarities of the formation of entrepreneurial activity in the digital economy.

Under the digital economy, in the broad sense of the term, it is the system of social, industrial and institutional relations, based on a complex of computer and information and communication technologies. It is determined that the digital economy changes the characteristics of processes, forms of manifestation and formation of entrepreneurial activity. This manifested in changes in the structure of transaction costs, expanding the scope and variability of ways of doing business. The attributes of the digital economy, which are the growth of cybercrime and the decline in the level of reliability of information, in its growing volume, which circulates in digital networks. In this article offered of the conceptual scheme of interaction of components of process of an estimation of information maintenance of entrepreneurial activity. Formed of the basic concepts and principles of performance and use of results of estimation of information characteristics at realization of entrepreneurial activity.
