ФОРМУВАННЯ ТА РЕАЛІЗАЦІЯ ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ

ТОРГОВЕЛЬНОЇ ІНТЕГРАЦІЇ

 

Статтю присвячено проблемі формування та реалізація потенціалу торговельної інтеграції країн, адже в умовах економічної глобалізації розвиток зовнішньоторговельної сфери є одним з визначальних чинників конкурентоспроможності економіки. В нашій статті дослідження проводилось на прикладі таких країн як Україна і ЄС. Підтверджено позитивний торговельно-економічний й соціальний вплив на розвиток національної економіки від укладання Угоди про асоціацію між Україною та ЄС. Ідентифіковано існуючі асиметрії торговельно-економічної інтеграції країн, основні інтеграційні можливості та загрози співпраці країн. Виокремлено основні інструменти торговельної інтеграції та визначено пріоритетні цілі торговельної інтеграції країн. Обґрунтовано, що наразі необхідна модернізація формату торговельної інтеграції України з ЄС в умовах реалізації поглибленої і всеохоплюючої зони вільної торгівлі, а також визначено три пріоритетних вектори оновлення Угоди.

Выделены основные инструменты торговой интеграции и определены приоритетные цели торговой интеграции стран. Обосновано, что сейчас необходима модернизация формата торговой интеграции Украины с ЕС в условиях реализации углубленной и всеобъемлющей зоны свободной торговли, а также определены три приоритетных векторы обновления Соглашения.

The article is devoted to the problem of trade integration of countries, in the context of globalization, the development of foreign trade is one of the main factors in the competitiveness of the economy. In our article, the study was carried out on the example of such countries as Ukraine and the EU. The positive trade, economic and social impact on the development of the national economy since the conclusion of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU has been confirmed. The existing asymmetries of trade and economic integration of Ukraine and the EU are identified: in production volumes; in the volumes of effective demand; in technological disproportion; raw material exports from Ukraine and high-tech imports; negative balance and the constant growth of the negative trade balance of Ukraine. At present, it is necessary to modernize the format of Ukraine's trade integration with the EU in the context of the implementation of a deep and comprehensive free trade area. Three main vectors for updating the Agreement have been identified as priorities: deepening sectoral integration; increase in duty-free exports to the EU market; elimination of non-tariff measures restricting trade with the EU, as well as the signing of a number of agreements for said purpose. The study confirmed that the DCFTA between Ukraine and the EU has already significantly affected the growth of trade turnover between these countries. The dynamics of indicators of Ukraine's economy development and foreign trade sphere is quantitatively estimated. An analysis of relations between Ukraine and the EU was conducted and it was concluded that the EU is a priority partner of Ukraine, as on average 42% of Ukraine's goods and services are exported to Europe in recent years. The main integration opportunities and threats of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU have been identified.
