ЕКСПОРТНИЙ ПОТЕНЦІАЛ НІШЕВИХ КУЛЬТУР У ФОРМУВАННІ СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ І РЕГІОНІВ

 

У статті презентовано основні результати дослідження експортного потенціалу й ефективності нішевих культур у контексті формування сталого розвитку аграрних підприємств і регіонів України. Наведено результати системного бібліометричного аналізу наукових публікацій щодо нішевих культур у світі з використанням бази Web of Science Core Collection. Визначено сучасний стан і тенденції експорту окремих нішевих культур з України. Проаналізовано структуру виробничої собівартості виробленої нішевої продукції рослинництва в аграрних підприємствах України, а також витрати підприємств на виробництво одиниці нішевої продукції. Визначено стан і динаміку рівня рентабельності виробництва нішевої продукції рослинництва в аграрних підприємствах України та в розрізі регіонів. Констатовано наявність істотної варіації досліджуваних показників економічної ефективності виробництва та реалізації нішевої продукції рослинництва в аграрних підприємствах у динаміці та в просторі (у розрізі регіонів), що вказує на можливі резерви підвищення цієї ефективності для забезпечення сталого розвитку підприємств і регіонів.

А. В. Кучер, Л. Ю. Кучер, Ю. В. Пащенко. Экспортный потенциал нишевых культур в формировании устойчивого развития предприятий и регионов.

В статье представлены основные результаты исследования экспортного потенциала и эффективности производства и сбыта нишевых культур в контексте формирования устойчивого развития аграрных предприятий и регионов Украины. Приведены результаты системного библиометрического анализа научных публикаций по нишевых культурах в мире с использованием базы Web of Science Core Collection. Определено современное состояние и тенденции экспорта отдельных нишевых культур из Украины. Проанализирована структура производственной себестоимости произведенной нишевой продукции растениеводства в аграрных предприятиях Украины, а также затраты предприятий на производство единицы нишевой продукции. Определено состояние и динамику уровня рентабельности производства нишевой продукции растениеводства в аграрных предприятиях Украины и в разрезе регионов. Констатировано наличие существенной вариации исследуемых показателей экономической эффективности производства и реализации нишевой продукции растениеводства в аграрных предприятиях в динамике и в пространстве (в разрезе регионов), что указывает на возможные резервы повышения этой эффективности для обеспечения устойчивого развития предприятий и регионов.

V. Kucher, L. Yu. Kucher, Yu. V. Pashchenko. Export potential of niche crops in the formation of sustainable development of enterprises and regions. The article presents the main results of the study of the export potential and efficiency of production of niche crops in the context of the formation of sustainable development of agricultural enterprises and regions of Ukraine. The results of a systematic bibliometric analysis of scientific publications on niche crops in the world using the Web of Science Core Collection database are presented. It was found that in 2004–2020, the Web of Science Core Collection indexed 15 published documents that contained the phrase «niche crops» in the title, abstract and/or keywords, with the number of publications fluctuating over the years. It is stated that niche crops are a relatively new object of research, since the first publication in the Web of Science Core Collection appeared in 2004, and of high scientific interest, judging by the number and dynamics of documents in this database, has not yet been identified. In the world, niche crops are studied mainly from the standpoint of agricultural sciences and crop sciences (86.7% in total), much less often from the standpoint of economic sciences (6.6%), all this indicates an insufficient level of attention to the issue of economics of production and export of niche crops. The current state and trends in the export of certain niche crops from Ukraine are determined. The volume of exports in value terms of the overwhelming majority of the studied crops fluctuated significantly from year to year, especially for rye, flax, potatoes and millet, for which the coefficient of variation exceeded 50%. The export volumes of sorghum, fruits and vegetables were relatively stable, for which the coefficient of variation did not exceed 20%. The structure of the production expenses of niche crop production in agricultural enterprises of Ukraine, as well as the costs of enterprises for the production of a unit of niche products are analyzed. The state and dynamics of the level of profitability of the production of niche crop production in agricultural enterprises of Ukraine and in the context of regions are determined. The presence of a significant variation in the studied indicators of the economic efficiency of production and sale of niche crop production in agricultural enterprises in dynamics and in space (in the context of regions) was stated, which indicates possible reserves for increasing this efficiency to ensure sustainable development of enterprises and regions.
