ФОРМУВАННЯ СТРАТЕГІЇ АГРАРНОГО СЕКТОРУ РЕГІОНУ

 

Стаття містить результати соціально-економічних досліджень сучасного стану розвитку аграрного сектору регіону. Проаналізовано обсяг виробництва сільськогосподарської продукції всіма категоріями господарств та промислової продукції підприємствами харчової та переробної галузі агропромислового комплексу. Досліджено елементи інфраструктури аграрного ринку регіону та вказані можливості його вдосконалення. Обґрунтовано основні виклики у розвитку економічного потенціалу області, що побудовані на принципах сталого розвитку. Встановлено важливість структурних змін в системі управління сталим розвитком регіону. Висвітлено основні цілі стратегії розвитку області, що створить можливість для дрібних виробників сільськогосподарської продукції. Сформовано висновок щодо пріоритетних напрямків регіонального розвитку Тернопільщини.

Ярема Л.В., Замора О.И. Формирование стратегии аграрного сектора региона. Статья включает результаты социально-экономических исследований современного состояния развития аграрного сектора региона. Исследованы элементы инфраструктуры аграрного рынка региона и указаны возможности его усовершенствования. Обоснованы основные вызовы формирования экономического потенциала области, построенные на принципах устойчивого развития. Установлена важность структурных изменений в системе управления устойчивым развитием региона. Освещены основные цели стратегии развития области, что создаст возможность для мелких производителей сельскохозяйственной продукции. Сформирован вывод о приоритетных направлениях регионального развития Тернопольщины.

Yarema, O. Zamora. Formation of the strategy of the agrarian sector of the region. The development of a strategy for the development of the agricultural sector at the present stage involves the creation of appropriate economic conditions for its effective functioning and to ensure the development of rural communities.

The aim of the study. Investigate the current state and form practical recommendations for developing a strategy for the development of the agricultural sector of Ternopil region.

Research methods. The article uses general scientific methods based on systematic analysis to reveal the peculiarities of the development of the agricultural sector of the region. Statistical and abstract-logical methods were used to develop the region's development strategy.

Results of work. The article contains the results of socio-economic research of the current state of development of the agricultural sector of the region. The volume of agricultural production by all categories of farms and industrial products by enterprises of food and processing industry of the agro-industrial complex is analyzed. In recent years, a positive dynamics of growth of agricultural production has been formed.

The elements of the region's agricultural market infrastructure that directly serve exchange operations - agricultural commodity exchanges, wholesale markets, fairs, auctions, credit unions, procurement points of agricultural products, procurement and marketing agricultural service cooperatives, and indicate the possibility of its improvement. The main challenges in the development of economic potential of the region, built on the principles of sustainable development, are substantiated. The importance of structural changes in the system of sustainable development management of the region on the main goals of the regional development strategy, which will create an opportunity for small agricultural producers. The conclusion on priority directions of regional development of Ternopil region is formed.

Scope of results. The region's development strategy should focus on creating opportunities for small-scale agricultural producers. One of the priority areas of regional development of Ternopil region should be to create conditions for sustainable development of rural areas in order to make fuller use of their resource potential through the optimal combination of interests of the state, region, rural communities and their inhabitants.
