ШТУЧНИЙ ІНТЕЛЕКТ ЯК ІНСТРУМЕНТ ПІДВИЩЕННЯ СПРОМОЖНОСТІ ГРОМАДСЬКИХ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙ

 

Досліджено генезис та сутність поняття «штучний інтелект» як інструменту, що сприяє підвищенню спроможності громадських організацій і надано власне визначення даної дефініції. Систематизовано поняття «штучний інтелект» за ознаковим принципом та з погляду представників соціально-гуманітарного сектору. Розглянуто фактори внутрішнього та зовнішнього впливу використання штучного інтелекту громадськими організаціями і їх вплив на загальну діяльність громадських організацій. Проаналізовано динаміку зміни кількості використання штучного інтелекту українським громадським сектором за період 2020 - 2025 років. Здійснено порівняння результатів опитувань 2025 і 2026 років, які свідчать про те, що рівень використання інструментів штучного інтелекту в Україні поступово зростає, хоча темп зростання залишається помірним. Проаналізовано діяльність ГО «Сяйво надії», їх сильні та слабкі сторони організації у векторі використання цифрових інструментів  та рівень впровадження в поточній діяльності можливостей штучного інтелекту. Визначено інстументи цифровізації, які завжди активно використовувалися у діяльності громадської організації «Сяйво надії»: бухгалтерські програми, мессенджери, планувальники, електроно-цифровий підпис. Визначено можливості підвищення спроможності організації через підвищення використання штучного інтелекту. Оцінено місце України в глобальному сенсі використання штучного інтелекту. Визначено переваги України у реалізації проєктів соціально-гуманітарного напрямку. Встановлено, що на сьогодні, громадська організація «Сяйво надії», планує збільшити обсяг використання штучного інтелекту, шляхом впровадження у діяльність цифрових помічників- ботів, які будуть обробляти запити бенефіціарів  і спілкуватися з ними на первинному етапі звернення.  Запропоновано дії для підвищення індикаторів діяльності українських громадських організацій.

Cherep A.V., Antolik O.M. Artificial intelligence as a tool for increasing the capacity of civil society organizations

The genesis and essence of the concept of "artificial intelligence" as a tool that helps to increase the capacity of public organizations are investigated and their own definition of this definition is provided. The concept of "artificial intelligence" is systematized according to the principle and from the point of view of representatives of the social and humanitarian sector. The factors of internal and external influence of the use of artificial intelligence by public organizations and their impact on the general activities of public organizations are considered. The dynamics of changes in the number of uses of artificial intelligence by the Ukrainian public sector for the period 2020 - 2025 is analyzed. A comparison of the results of surveys in 2025 and 2026 is carried out, which indicate that the level of use of artificial intelligence tools in Ukraine is gradually increasing, although the growth rate remains moderate. The activities of the NGO "Radiance of Hope", their strengths and weaknesses of the organization in the vector of using digital tools and the level of implementation of artificial intelligence capabilities in current activities are analyzed. The instruments of digitalization that have always been actively used in the activities of the NGO "Radiance of Hope" have been identified: accounting programs, messengers, planners, electronic digital signature. Opportunities to increase the capacity of the organization through the increased use of artificial intelligence are identified. The place of Ukraine in the global sense of the use of artificial intelligence is assessed. The advantages of Ukraine in the implementation of projects in the social and humanitarian direction are identified. It has been established that today, the NGO "Radiance of Hope" plans to increase the use of artificial intelligence by introducing digital assistants-bots into its activities, which will process the requests of beneficiaries and communicate with them at the initial stage of the appeal.
