Kazachenko D.A. Іntegral assessment of spatial asymmetries at the level of settlements within a territorial community. The article addresses the problem of identifying and comprehensively assessing spatial asymmetries at the local level amid contemporary transformations in the territorial development of Ukraine. The study was conducted using the settlements of Novopokrovka and Vvedenka in the Novopokrovka Settlement Territorial Community of Chuhuiv District, Kharkiv Region, as a case study, taking into account their functional, socio-economic, land-resource, and geospatial characteristics..

The aim of the article is to substantiate and test a comprehensive approach to assessing spatial asymmetries of administrative-territorial units at the local level, using the settlements of Novopokrovka and Vvedenka in the Novopokrovka Settlement Territorial Community of Chuhuiv District, Kharkiv Region, as a case study. Particular attention is paid to identifying structural differences between the territories and determining their nature in terms of demographic, social, economic, infrastructural, innovation, environmental, land-resource, and geospatial components.

Research methods. The methodological framework is based on descriptive statistics, comparative and multivariate analysis, indicator normalization, integral assessment, and spatial interpretation of the results. A system of partial integral indices for individual components of territorial development was used to develop a generalized profile of spatial asymmetries. The geospatial analysis takes into account the spatial distribution of facilities, transport accessibility, specific features of territorial organization, and geodetic support. This approach makes it possible to assess not only the magnitude of differences between territories but also their structural and functional characteristics.

Results of work. The results indicate that Novopokrovka is characterized by a higher concentration of administrative, social, economic, infrastructural, and service functions, whereas Vvedenka has predominantly residential, local-service, and transport-logistics functions. The most pronounced asymmetries were identified in the economic, infrastructural, and innovation components. Demographic and social differences are moderate, while land-resource asymmetry is insignificant. At the same time, geospatial differentiation is more pronounced due to differences in functional-spatial organization, transport accessibility, and the location of facilities. Integral assessment made it possible to develop a generalized profile of spatial asymmetries and identify their structural components. The proposed approach can be applied to differentiated territorial management, spatial planning, and the determination of priorities for the socio-economic and infrastructural development of territorial communities.

Key words: spatial asymmetries, administrative-territorial units, territorial development, integral assessment, geospatial analysis, land-resource potential, geodetic support, infrastructure, territorial community.
