Remez O.S. Analysis of safety factors of food industry enterprises.
Subject of study. Safety factors of food industry enterprises in Ukraine.
The aim of the study. Systematization and analysis of safety factors of food industry enterprises in Ukraine
Research methods. The methodological basis of the study is survey analysis, factor method, comparative analysis, and coefficient analysis.
Results of work. The article systematizes and analyzes the safety factors of food industry enterprises in Ukraine. During the analysis, the main factors of influence were identified, identified in the context of managing the main areas of safety of food industry enterprises (physical and information security, labor protection, environmental and technogenic safety, economic, technical, technological safety and food safety). The author's approach to assessing the impact of safety factors of food industry enterprises is presented. It is noted that this approach takes into account both the provisions of the main methodological approaches and is associated with the isolation and justification of physical safety factors (loss of resources due to internal and external unforeseen effects), established in accordance with the modern conditions of operation of enterprises in the industry (using the example of Ukraine), the formulation of the procedure for calculating the state of influence of the presented factors.
In the process of research, the features of the impact of safety factors of food industry enterprises, which have a complementary effect, were highlighted. Namely, it is indicated that in conditions of deterioration of technical and technological safety factors (decrease in equipment and technology renewal), deterioration of economic safety and its important factor of profitability occurs. It has been established that the factor of loss of resources due to internal and external unforeseen effects, which affects physical safety, can also affect the deterioration of economic safety. Also, these factors affect the general state of safety. And, accordingly, their improvement acts as a synergistic factor in improving the formation of economic safety and general safety of food industry enterprises. Accordingly, taking into account the specified connections is very important both for ensuring the synergistic effect of optimizing the management of these factors and for preventing a chain reaction of deterioration in this area. It is noted that the reference point for the specified author's methodological support makes it possible to determine the main framework areas and indicators for predicting the impact of safety factors of food industry enterprises in the medium and long term. It is also possible to draw up plans for short-term periods. This may lead to better protection against deterioration of both the safety component of enterprises in the specified sector and this indicator at the general level.
Key words: safety factors, food industry enterprises, loss of resources, internal and external unforeseen action, physical and information security, occupational safety, environmental and technogenic safety, economic, technical, technological safety and food safety.
