УПРАВЛІННЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНИМ РОЗВИТКОМ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ В АГРАРНІЙ СФЕРІ

 

У статті розглядаються особливості управління інноваційним розвитком аграрних підприємств України в умовах сучасних викликів, зокрема воєнної агресії, глобалізації та кліматичних змін. Проаналізовано ключові напрями інноваційної діяльності, включно з цифровізацією, впровадженням точного землеробства та використанням безпілотних літальних апаратів для моніторингу посівів. Представлено приклади впровадження інновацій у провідних агропідприємствах та оцінено роль стратегічного управління в підвищенні ефективності та стійкості аграрного сектору. Використання SWOT-аналізу дозволяє виділити сильні та слабкі сторони, а також можливості і загрози для інноваційного розвитку галузі. 

Ключові слова: інноваційний розвиток, аграрна сфера, стратегічне управління, цифрові технології, воєнна агресія, стійкість виробництва.

Subject of study. Theoretical and methodological foundations of research on the management of innovative development of organizations in the agricultural sector.

The aim of the study. The aim of the study is to substantiate theoretical and methodological aspects of managing innovative development of agricultural enterprises.

Research methods. The methodological basis of the research is a set of general scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge, in particular logical analysis, system-structural method, generalization.

Results of work. The article examines theoretical aspects of managing innovative development of organizations in the agricultural sector. The role of innovations as an important factor in increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of agricultural enterprises in modern economic conditions is substantiated. The essence of innovative development and the peculiarities of managing innovative activities of agricultural enterprises are revealed. The main factors influencing the innovative development of agricultural enterprises are analyzed, including economic, technological, organizational, social and institutional factors. The structure of the mechanism for managing innovative development of agricultural enterprises is generalized, which includes organizational, economic, investment, information, personnel and technological elements. Particular attention is paid to the importance of strategic planning and the formation of an innovation strategy aimed at technological modernization and effective use of the resource potential of enterprises.
