СОЦІАЛЬНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНІ ЕФЕКТИ ВІД СИНЕРГІЇ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ ОСВІТИ Й АГРАРНОГО БІЗНЕСУ

 

У статті розкрито критичне значення інтеграції професійної освіти з аграрним сектором України як каталізатора економічного відновлення та модернізації сільського господарства в умовах воєнного стану. Аналіз демонструє, що стратегічне партнерство між навчальними закладами та агробізнесом формує нову парадигму розвитку людських ресурсів, спрямовану на подолання структурних дисбалансів на ринку праці та забезпечення технологічного прориву галузі. У контексті цієї трансформації виникає потенціал освітньо-бізнесових альянсів у створенні адаптивних механізмів професійної підготовки, які відповідають динамічним потребам сучасного агропромислового комплексу. Особливу увагу надано інноваційним моделям дуального навчання, що поєднують академічну підготовку з практичним досвідом на виробництві. Поглиблення аналізу і комплексного оцінювання дає змогу розкрити багатовимірний характер синергетичних ефектів від інтеграції освіти та бізнесу, що охоплює економічні, соціальні та технологічні аспекти розвитку сільських територій. Водночас особливий акцент зроблено на соціальній місії освітньо-бізнесових партнерств у реінтеграції вразливих груп населення, зокрема й внутрішньо переміщених осіб, ветеранів та сільської молоді, через цільові програми перекваліфікації та професійної адаптації.

Ponomarova M.S. Socio-economic effects from the synergy of vocational education and agricultural business The integration of professional education with Ukraine's agricultural sector represents a strategic approach to addressing the country's economic challenges and strengthening its agricultural potential. This synergy has gained increasing importance since 2023, as Ukraine works to modernize its agricultural workforce, overcome the consequences of war, and align with European Union standards. The collaboration between educational institutions and agribusiness creates a foundation for market-relevant skill development, facilitates technology transfer, and supports rural economic development through coordinated training initiatives.

Partnership models between professional education and agribusiness in Ukraine have evolved to emphasize practical, market-oriented approaches to learning. Projects such as FABU, supported by international partners, have introduced hands-on methodologies in agricultural colleges, updated curricula according to current industry needs, and promoted technological internships on Ukrainian farms and agribusiness enterprises. Despite the ongoing conflict, 648 students completed four-month internships in agricultural companies in 2024 alone, gaining practical experience that bridges theoretical knowledge with real-world application.

The collaboration between professional education and agribusiness has proven particularly valuable in addressing labor shortages caused by the war. These partnerships have created pathways for reintegrating displaced persons into the workforce through targeted vocational training and requalification programs. By providing rural populations with modern agricultural skills and technological knowledge, these initiatives help farmers and rural workers adapt to new challenges, including damaged infrastructure and changing field conditions.

Economic benefits from education-business synergy extend to Ukraine's export potential and international partnership opportunities. As the agricultural workforce becomes more skilled and technologically experienced, Ukrainian agricultural products become more competitive in international markets. This has contributed to initiatives with international partners, particularly Austria and African countries, aimed at enhancing Ukraine's agricultural production and market integration.

The ongoing development of education-business partnerships in Ukraine's agricultural sector faces both challenges and opportunities. While the war continues to disrupt normal operations, the demonstrated resilience of these partnerships indicates significant potential for future growth. As Ukraine works toward reconstruction and possible EU integration, established models of education-business collaboration provide valuable frameworks that can be expanded and strengthened.
