РИЗИК-МЕНЕДЖМЕНТ ТА ІННОВАЦІЙНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО СОЦІАЛЬНОГО ПІДПРИЄМНИЦТВА В УМОВАХ ЄВРОІНТЕГРАЦІЇ

 

У статті досліджено особливості формування системи ризик-менеджменту та впровадження інноваційних підходів до розвитку соціального підприємництва в умовах євроінтеграції України. Обґрунтовано, що соціальне підприємництво виступає важливим інструментом вирішення соціально-економічних проблем, забезпечення зайнятості та підвищення соціальної згуртованості суспільства. Встановлено, що в умовах інтеграції до європейського економічного простору зростає значення ефективного управління ризиками, пов’язаними з фінансовою нестабільністю, інституційними трансформаціями та посиленням конкуренції.

Проаналізовано основні ризики соціального підприємництва: економічні, інституційні, соціальні, операційні, репутаційні. Систематизовано ключові інструменти ризик-менеджменту, що застосовуються у діяльності соціальних підприємств з метою забезпечення їх стійкості, ефективності функціонування та адаптації до умов невизначеності.

Обґрунтовано необхідність формування інтегрованої системи ризик-менеджменту, яка поєднує ідентифікацію, оцінювання, моніторинг і контроль ризиків із використанням сучасних управлінських інструментів. Доведено, що впровадження інноваційних підходів сприяє підвищенню стійкості соціальних підприємств, їх адаптаційного потенціалу та ефективності функціонування.

Систематизовано ключові складові адаптивної моделі розвитку соціального підприємництва, зокрема ризик-менеджмент, інновації, фінансове забезпечення та розвиток людського капіталу, взаємодія яких забезпечує підвищення стійкості, гнучкості та ефективності діяльності соціальних підприємств в умовах нестабільного середовища.

Систематизовано ключові інструменти ризик-менеджменту, що застосовуються у діяльності соціальних підприємств з метою забезпечення їх стійкості, ефективності функціонування та адаптації до умов невизначеності.

The article examines the features of the formation of a risk management system and the implementation of innovative approaches to the development of social entrepreneurship in the context of Ukraine's European integration. It is substantiated that social entrepreneurship is an important tool for solving socio-economic problems, ensuring employment and increasing social cohesion of society. It is established that in the context of integration into the European economic space, the importance of effective risk management associated with financial instability, institutional transformations and increased competition is increasing.

The main risks of social entrepreneurship are analyzed: economic, institutional, social, operational, and reputational. The key risk management tools used in the activities of social enterprises are systematized to ensure their sustainability, effective functioning, and adaptation to conditions of uncertainty.

The need for the formation of an integrated risk management system that combines risk identification, assessment, monitoring and control with the use of modern management tools is substantiated. It is proven that the implementation of innovative approaches contributes to increasing the sustainability of social enterprises, their adaptive potential and operational efficiency.

The key components of the adaptive model of social entrepreneurship development are systematized, in particular risk management, innovation, financial security and human capital development, the interaction of which ensures increased stability, flexibility and efficiency of social enterprises in an unstable environment.

The key risk management tools used in the activities of social enterprises in order to ensure their stability, efficiency of operation and adaptation to conditions of uncertainty are systematized.
