ВПЛИВ ЗОВНІШНЬОГО ТА ВНУТРІШНЬОГО СЕРЕДОВИЩА НА РОЗВИТОК ПІДПРИЄМНИЦЬКОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ В АГРАРНОМУ СЕКТОРІ

 

У статті наведено фактори, що впливають на становлення та розвиток аграрного підприємництва. Вивчено особливості підприємницької діяльності в аграрному секторі як процесу виявлення та реалізації бізнес-можливостей, що передбачає створення продуктів з доданою вартістю, впровадження сучасних технологій, диверсифікацію та розвиток інноваційних каналів збуту. Проаналізовані праці вітчизняних науковців, у яких досліджено проблематику впливу зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовищ на аграрний бізнес, зокрема економічних, політичних, технологічних та екологічних аспектів.

Зазначено, що зовнішнє середовище, до якого належать державна політика, ринкові умови, технологічні інновації та кліматичні зміни, формує контекст для діяльності аграрних підприємців. Особливу увагу надано економічним факторам, як-от доступ до фінансування та волатильність цін, а також технологічним досягненням, зокрема точному землеробству й автоматизації. Показано, що внутрішнє середовище, яке складається з індивідуальних якостей підприємця (освіта, досвід, мотивація) та організаційних ресурсів (структура, капітал, управлінські практики), визначає здатність бізнесу адаптуватися до зовнішніх викликів і використовувати нові можливості. Доведено, що успішність аграрного підприємництва залежить від ефективної взаємодії зовнішніх і внутрішніх факторів. Зовнішні умови створюють передумови для розвитку, тоді як внутрішні ресурси та компетенції дають змогу реалізувати потенціал. У статті акцентовано на потребі впровадити стійкі практики, інноваційні підходи та заручитися державною підтримкою для забезпечення конкурентоспроможності сектору. Рекомендується розвивати підприємницькі навички, інвестувати в технології та поліпшувати доступ до фінансових ресурсів, що сприятиме не лише розвитку окремих підприємств, а й аграрної економіки загалом.

It highlights the role of internal elements, including the entrepreneur’s personal attributes, resource availability, and organizational frameworks, in driving innovation and resilience within the sector.

The research underscores the significance of economic variables like market volatility and funding opportunities, alongside the transformative potential of technologies such as precision farming and automation. It also addresses the growing importance of ecological considerations and socio-cultural shifts in shaping modern agricultural entrepreneurship. The interplay between these external dynamics and internal capabilities is analyzed to reveal how they collectively determine the success and adaptability of agribusiness ventures. The findings emphasize that thriving in today’s competitive agricultural environment requires strategic alignment of internal strengths with external opportunities. The article advocates for the adoption of innovative solutions, enhanced resource management, and supportive policy measures to foster sustainable growth in the sector.
