РОЛЬ ІНТЕГРАЦІЇ В ПРОЦЕСІ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ПРОПОРЦІЙНОГО Й ЗБАЛАНСОВАНОГО РОЗВИТКУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ЗЕРНОПРОДУКТОВОГО ПІДКОМПЛЕКСУ

 

Проаналізовано стримуючі фактори стратегічного розвитку підприємств усіх галузей та сфер зернопродуктового підкомплексу. Оцінено вплив активізації інтеграційних процесів основних учасників зернопродуктового виробництва та координації їх виробничих програм й фінансових ресурсів на забезпечення сталого розвитку усіх учасників технологічного циклу.

Ключові слова: зернопродуктовий підкомплекс, інтеграція, стійкий розвиток, агропродовольчий ринок, агрохолдинги.

Проанализированы сдерживающие факторы стратегического развития предприятий всех отраслей и сфер зернопродуктового подкомплекса. Оценено влияние активизации интеграционных процессов основных участников зернопродуктового производства, координации их производственных программ и финансовых ресурсов на обеспечение устойчивого развития всех участников технологического цикла.

The purpose of the article. In current conditions an urgent task arises to optimize economic mechanism of interrelations of the participants of grain products chain that will provide proportional and balanced development of all enterprises in the structure of the product vertical line. The aim of the research is to evaluate the influence of the integration processes activation of the main participants of the grain products industry and coordination of their production programs and financial resources to provide sustainable development. Research of the dynamic rows and statistic evaluation of changes of the performance indexes of the enterprises of the grain products sub-complex allowed to determine the main development trends of the enterprises of the grain products sub-complex.

Methodology. In spite of the clear general tendency to increasing prices of the main grain crops, there are problems of the domestic grain market that is unable to engulf the whole volume of grain supply, because the market capacity remains low.

Results. Under such unstable market conditions, agricultural producers cannot implement scientifically-based strategic plans and development programs. Evolutionary development of the national integrated structures shows the trend towards decreasing its soft forms and expanding the activity of more rigid ones under weak development of horizontal connections and deepening vertical relations.

The results of the analysis show that there is a considerable potential as to the increase of stability level in the most agricultural enterprises due to their participation in integration processes.

Practical implications. Therefore, competitiveness of enterprises of the grain products sub-complex and their sustainable development is determined, to the great extent, by their participation in integration processes, optimization of their forms, greater possibilities to influence the pricing process. The stability level of yielding capacity of cereals and grain production in integrated units is considerably higher than average indexes of all business entities of the region. It is achieved, in the first place, by the rigid character of raw materials production in such agrarian and industrial units.
