Науково-теоретичні аспекти організації та розвитку системи ведення садівництва

 

Досліджено сутність, складові, основні якості організації та розвитку системи ведення сучасного садівництва. Узагальнено й надано структуру системи ведення садівництва. Визначені основні фактори, що впливають на розвиток ефективної системи ведення садівництва в сучасних умовах господарювання.

Исследованы суть, составляющие, основные качества организации и развития системы ведения современного садоводства. Обобщена и приведена структура системы ведения садоводства. Определены основные факторы, влияющие на развитие эффективной системы ведения садоводства в современных условиях хозяйствования.

 Subject of the research. In the context of acceleration of scientific and technological progress the most effective methods of using capital investments, land, material and labour resources within the framework of implementation of a rational system of conducting the specialization industry at each gardening enterprise become important. The main purpose of an effective gardening system is to produce a high-quality final product, both fresh and processed, that is available to the average consumer under the condition of the commodity producer’s effective work.

 The aim of the research is the study of the essence, the main qualitative components of the organization and development of the system of modern gardening, generalization of the gardening system structure and identification of the main factors that influence the development of an effective system of gardening under modern conditions of management.

 The results of work and sphere of their application. The system of gardening development largely depends on the improvement of the elements of this industry management which cover the equipment, technology and production organization. The gardening systems are constantly changing and improving, becoming more intensive and differentiated. The most rational are those systems that fully meet the local conditions and features, material and technical resources and the level of economic development. When examining this problem it should be taken in consideration that the gardening system in its turn consists of separate elements that are closely connected and affect the final result. The underestimation of this or that element of the system becomes a weak point that does not make it possible to raise the industry of gardening to a higher level. That is why a systemic and integrated approach to solving this problem should become a leading one in the process of the production development at the gardening enterprises in achieving the high economic indices.

 The scientifically based gardening system is a science-based and tested model of the rational production on the basis of a complex of organically interconnected technical, technological, organizational, economic and social elements which have in their totality the emergency and the finesse and provide the comprehensive intensification of the industry taking into account the natural and economic features and allow efficient use of the productive resources, determine the nature of fruit and berry production and the forms of their management.

 The following factors have a significant influence on the gardening system development: the interaction of the managed and managing subsystems of the industry; improving the utilization of production potential at each agricultural enterprise; adherence to the economy and thriftiness; introduction of the innovative forms of organization and remuneration of labour; development and improvement of industrial and social infrastructure; development of inter-economic and intra-economic specialization in the gardening sector; improving the size of the industrial gardens; qualitative and timely regulation of the agricultural market; determination of the price parity of fruits, berries and products of their processing, industrial facilities and services through the subsidies, concessional taxation and crediting, etc.
