Удосконалення системи управління ризиками

на підприємстві

 

У статті розглянута актуальність щодо удосконалення системи управління ризиками на підприємстві. Обґрунтовано значення ризик-менеджменту для підприємства, виявлені компетенції для фахівців з ризик – менеджменту, запропоновано альтернативний варіант аутсорсингу. За допомогою економетрики досліджено вплив готовності керівників до ризику та відображено взаємозв’язок з результатами діяльності підприємства. Побудована просторова модель  очікуваного прибутку  при заданому чистому доході від реалізації продукції та коефіцієнті готовності до ризику підприємства.

Усовершенствование системы управления рисками на предприятии. В статье рассмотрена актуальность усовершенствования системы управления рисками на предприятии. Обосновано значение риск -менеджмента на предприятии, выделены компетенции для специалистов по риск-менеджменту, предложено альтернативный вариант аутсорсинга. С помощью эконометрики исследовано влияние готовности руководителей к рискам и отражена взаимосвязь с результатами деятельности предприятия. Изображена пространственная модель ожидаемой прибыли при заданном чистом доходе от реализации продукции и коэффициента готовности к риску предприятия.

Suska А., Chartsenko Т. Improvement of the enterprise risk management system.The article deals with the relevance of improving the enterprises risk management system.

The subject of the study is the risk management systems at the enterprise.

The purpose of the article is to establish the relationship between the willingness of the managers to risk and the final results of the economic management of the agricultural enterprises in the Sumy region.

The necessity of providing the narrow specialized specialists, in particular the risk managers is outlined. The offer of this profession at the labor market is investigated. The general competencies are identified and the risk management skills of the manager in agriculture are identified. An alternative variant for the enterprises like outstaffing is suggested. The limits of using the outsourcing services are explained. The activities of the firms providing such services for the agricultural enterprises in Ukraine according to the geographical division are analyzed.

The initial data to analyze the impact of the factor values on the net profit from the sale of the products per 100 ha of the agricultural land are the following indicators: the average annual cost of the fixed assets, the availability of the risk factor, the acreage of the agricultural land (ha), the specific gravity of grain in the structure of the sowing acreage, the head of livestock per calculation, the introduction of mineral fertilizers per calculation, the average number of the employees working in the agricultural production, the capital-labour ratio, the gross production at the constant prices of 2010 and the net income from the products sales.

With the help of the econometrics, correlation and regression analysis the expected profit at a given net income from the sale of the agricultural products per 100 ha of agricultural production and the coefficient of readiness for the market are projected.

The spatial model of the expected profit at the given net income from the sale of products and the coefficient of readiness for the risk of the enterprise are constructed.

As a result the mandatory components of an effective risk management system at the enterprise were identified.
