ОСНОВНІ НАПРЯМИ ФОРМУВАННЯ СТРАТЕГІЇ РОЗВИТКУ АГРАРНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

В УМОВАХ ГЛОБАЛІЗАЦІЇ ЕКОНОМІКИ

 

У статті проведено дослідження й здійснено обґрунтування теоретичних, методичних та практичних аспектів щодо розробки основних напрямів формування стратегії розвитку аграрних підприємств в умовах глобалізації економіки. Відповідно до умов здійснення аграрного виробництва сформовані принципи на яких має базуватися процес формування і реалізації стратегій розвитку аграрних підприємств.

Ризниченко Е.А. Основные направления формирования стратегии развития аграрных предприятий в условиях глобализации экономики.

В статье проведено исследование и осуществлено обоснование теоретических, методических и практических аспектов по разработке основных направлений формирования стратегии развития аграрных предприятий в условиях глобализации экономики. Согласно условиям осуществления аграрного производства сформированы принципы, на которых должно базироваться процесс формирования и реализации стратегий развития аграрных предприятий.

Riznychenko O.A. The main directions of the strategy formation for agrarian enterprises development under the conditions of the economy globalization.

The theoretical, methodical and practical aspects concerning the development of the main directions for the formation of the strategy for the agrarian enterprises development under the conditions of the economy globalization have been substantiated in the article. The principles on which the process of formation and implementation of the agrarian enterprises development strategies should be based have been formed.

The work reveals the versatile tendencies in the development of the agrarian production which heighten the issue of the importance of forming a strategy for the agrarian enterprises development. The aim of this strategy will be further improvement of their functioning efficiency and the competitiveness at the food market as an important sector of the state’s economy that is able to ensure the growth of gross output during the crisis period and guarantee the country’s food security.

In the course of the research it was discovered that when developing the strategy of the agrarian enterprise development it is necessary to take into account such characteristic features of the agrarian sector of the economy as the seasonality, incompleteness of production in crop cultivation, the cyclic character of livestock products, the high risk of agricultural production, uneven incomes, slow turnover of capital and many other factors.

The paper stresses that the development of the effective strategic planning is almost not observed at most agricultural enterprises of our country. In this connection the strategic planning is an important aspect for the agricultural enterprises in the Poltava region, which will make it possible to define more exactly and optimize the national forecasts and programs for the agricultural production regulation.

It has been established that the main strategic directions of the agrarian enterprises development in the Poltava region are the use of the activities coordination as for the formation of the development strategy among all the participants in the agrarian production, the creation of the strategic planning services at the level of certain agricultural enterprises, improvement of the image of the enterprises and their employees and improvement of the personnel work.

It has been concluded that the use of the strategic planning at the agrarian enterprises creates such important advantages as increasing the possibility of providing the agrarian enterprise with the necessary information, promoting more rational use of the resources, clarifying the emerging problems and risks and improving the coordination and control over the implementation of the strategy.
