СПЕЦИФІКА ЛОГІСТИКИ В УКРАЇНСЬКИХ
АГРАРНИХ КОРПОРАЦІЯХ
Визначено роль агрокорпорацій в національному сільському господарстві. Сформовано основні логістичні орієнтири для сільського господарства з позиції великих товаровиробників. Оцінено значимість логістики в розвитку провідних підприємств галузі. Визначено основні проблемні моменти формування логістики в умовах української економічної системи. Розглянуто специфіку процесів логістики аграрних корпораціях України.

Ефанов В. А. Специфика логистики в украинских аграрных корпорациях Определена роль агрокорпораций в национальном сельском хозяйстве. Сформированы основные логистические ориентиры для сельского хозяйства с позиции крупных товаропроизводителей. Оценен значимость логистики в развитии ведущих предприятий отрасли. Определены основные проблемные моменты формирования логистики в условиях украинской экономической системы. Рассмотрена специфика процессов логистики аграрных корпорациях Украины.

Efanov V.A. Specificity of logistics in Ukrainian agrarian corporations. The role of agricultural corporations in national agriculture has been determined. The basic logistics guidelines for agriculture from the standpoint of major commodity producers have been formed. The significance of logistics in the development of leading enterprises of the industry is assessed. The main problems of forming logistics in the conditions of the Ukrainian economic system are determined. The specificity of logistics processes in Ukrainian agrarian corporations is considered.
Based on the current rather simple realities of agrarian concerns in Ukraine, we can identify the main specific features of the implementation of logistics principles in them:
- An effective mechanism for production logistics and logistics in most companies is not developed due to the poor quality of information communications, transportation problems, high internal risks of the industry;
- most of the concerns are oriented, first of all, on the formation of warehouse and transport logistics, giving preference to the production of crop production;
- transport logistics is focused on the formation of an effective mechanism for the export of products, mainly crop production. Logistics operations on the national space are considered as concomitant;
- the most successful companies have formed a logistics network from the manufacturer to the end user, while mainly focusing on the foreign market;
- due to the unstable economic and political situation, part of the concerns of Ukrainian companies focus their innovative projects (including on improvement of logistics) and activities in general on the territory of the country.
The development of corporate business without the use of logistics in modern conditions is not possible, but Ukrainian realities indicate its one-sided use. Internal logistics processes are practically in most corporations not developed, are at the level of transfer of resources by divisions of the company. Logistics for most large agrarian companies remains only an instrument for the formation of efficient transport chains from production to buyers. Most agricultural products are transported by companies themselves within the region or country. For international transportation use the services of transport and forwarding companies.
