ВИЯВЛЕННЯ ТА РАННЄ ПОПЕРЕДЖЕННЯ ЗАГРОЗ

В ПОТОЧНОМУ УПРАВЛІННІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВОМ

 

У статті розглянути завдання поточного управління підприємством, та деталізований зміст моніторингу як функції управління. Охарактеризована суть управління за слабкими сигналами про загрози із зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища. Запропонований алгоритм поточного управління підприємством за слабкими сигналами про загрози та визначено особливості реагування на загрози за різних умов.

Ключові слова: загрози, економічна безпека, діагностика, моніторинг, раннє попередження, «слабкі сигнали».

Г.В. Ефимова. Выявление и раннее предупреждение угроз в текущем управлении предприятием. В статье рассмотрены задачи текущего управления предприятием, и детализировано содержание мониторинга как функции управления. Охарактеризована суть управления по слабым сигналам об угрозах из внешней и внутренней среды. Предложен алгоритм текущего управления предприятием по слабым сигналам об угрозах и определены особенности реагирования на угрозы в разных условиях.

G.V. Iefimova. Dangerous Identification and Early Prevention in Current Management of Enterprise. The features of threats identifying and early warning in the current management of the enterprise have been considered. The purpose of this study was to deepen the theoretical aspects of economic security and the formation of effective tools for threats identifying and early warning in the current activities of enterprises.

The tasks of the current management of the enterprise have been considered, and the content of monitoring as a management function has been detailed. The essence of enterprise management by weak signals about threats from the external and internal environment has been characterized. The algorithm of the enterprise current management by weak signals about threats has been proposed. The order of work actually reflects the sequence of the enterprise external and internal environment scanning and the development on this basis managerial decisions to adjust (if necessary) the current management measures. Features of the response to threats in different conditions have been defined. The choice of reaction speed depends on the speed of external threats development and on the awareness of management entities. This approach corresponds to the tasks of the enterprise current management by weak signals, since the management subject in the context of weak signals requires at first that all information has been classified correctly and the calculations nave been made regarding the possible impact of the threat and the time of the danger.

The proposed tools allows forming the necessary basis for the system of threats early detection arising in the enterprise current management. The use of such system will significantly improve the efficiency of economic activity. The advantage of a preventive reaction is that it allows taking timely steps to eliminate the threat of a crisis. Therefore, diagnostics based on weak signals is an indispensable tool for monitoring the current activity of an enterprise and should be a mandatory element of its management process.
